This project is a prototype of an app dedicated to people with substance abuse issues who want to turn their life around. The idea of the app is to match people with a rehabilitation facility that suits them best based on their preferences, likes, and dislikes.

The reason why I chose to create this prototype was because as I was researching this topic, I came to the realization that it was very hard to find rehabilitation facilities. I ran some tests on peers one was regarding choosing a facility that looks the best for them. After I reviewed the results, all of them had the same problem. While searching for rehabs, there was either too many to choose from or very complicated to go through each one of them. It was then when I decided to make my own prototype to solve this problem.

My First prototype was disorganized regarding the lower navigation and the top navigation part of it, and it was the first thing I fixed. I had put two profiles within both top and bottom navigations both leading to the same place. Within the profile tab, the profile and settings were mixed together! I changed it so that the settings and profile can have their own settings. The most important part I fixed within my app was the surveys and matching tab. At first within my first prototype, they were both mixed under the same tab. in the updated version I separated those and made them each have their own tabs. In this updated version, the user is still to be able to reach the matches tab within the surveys tab but by more understandable means. And lastly, the rehab profiles. Within my paper prototype the user wasn't able to look at the location of the rehab, but it did have other details like contact information. Users can now see a map where they can navigate. Other than that, the lower navigation is added to more screens than before.
